Hi,
A ratio of 6:1 should drive the kart powered by a 30cc engine,
although I cannot say what the top speed would be.
Make sure not to pay too much money for that engine. I would not pay
anything over 30 euros/ dollars.
You would easily get a much better engine for 50!.
