Plans for making the rear axle carrier can be found here:

Similarly, plans for the n shaped yoke can be found at:
http://www.kartbuilding.net/racingkart/Free_Racing_Kart_Plans_PDF/Main_Kart_Complete_04_Front_Stub_Axles_and_KingPins.pdf

If you cannot find/buy the parts you outlined, you will have to make them, 
or get someone to make them for you. You should be able to get the sizes 
from the eDrawing of the Tony Kart at:
http://www.kartbuilding.net/PlAnS/tony_kart_97_chassis/Tony_Kart_Chassis_97.exe
