Hi Marvin,

Thanks for the photo. Keep them coming.

I notice that your v-belt is a little small. It would make this easier if 
the v-belt was longer. This would allow you to add-in a 3rd pulley wheel 
later to allow you to tension this belt to act as a crude clutch to stop 
the kart and keep the engine idling.

A reasonably long v-belt is needed. You should be able to get/order a 
longer belt from a car garage.
