Hi Randy,

The speed of a cart with a 3.5hp lawnmower engine will depend on:
1. The size of the rear wheels (bigger = faster).
2. The size of the pulleys on the engine and rear axle.

An approximate speed, from my experience would be 20-30 miles per hour.
