To download the plans for the racing go kart, you need to:

Click on: http://kartbuilding.net/racingkart/index.html

There are numbered items on that page. 1. Complete Assembly of the
Racing Kart. 2 Labelled Overview of the Racing Kart.
You must click on each of these links. This will then load a PDF Drawing
of the plans.
You may need to download and install "Adobe Acrobat Reader" to view
these PDF Drawing files.
http://get.adobe.com/reader/

I hope this helps and you manage to download and print the Racing Kart
plans.
