Hi,

You have to either WELD or BOLT the pulley to the rear axle.
You might have to get someone to weld the pulley in the middle of the rear
axle - if there is not a mounting plate which can be bolted/tightened onto
the rear axle.

As for the pedals - well they are an L shape piece of steel bar which is
again welded to a pipe which can rotate on a pedal axle.
The pedals are the last step of the kart.
