Hi,
It doesnt matter what sizes of pulleys you use, BUT the one on the engine
MUST be 4 or 5 times SMALLER diameter than the one on the rear axle.
Usually the larger the pulley wheels - the less slippage of the drive
belt.
Id say a kart would do 30mph with that lawnmower engine.
