Hi Mike,

Other than that - you could get a local plumber to bend just the
curved sections for you and weld them onto the ends of the lengths of
the chassis.

Also it is possible to buy "elbow" pieces of steel tubing. You can use
these to join and then weld steel tubing meeting at 90 degrees.
