Thanks for email.
I wouldn't know off hand where to locate such a centrifugal clutch. You 
will need to get in touch with either www.northerntool.com or 
www.cometkartsales.com and ask them.

Take a read of the following article I wrote:

That has a link to some centrifugal clutches on the Internet. It also has 
information on attaching them to an engine. You might be able to attach a 
standard centrifugal clutch to that engine's output shaft. You might have 
to make a custom key for the keyway, but I'm sure you could get something 
to work it.
