Hi,

The full set of plans should be done in the coming few weeks. In the 
meantime, you can download a 3D model from:
http://www.kartbuilding.net/PlAnS/Lawnmower-Powered-Wooden-Go-Kart-3dVia.exe
Using this viewer you can see exactly how to convert the power from the 
vertical lawnmower engine to the rear axle.
When you have the 3D model open, right-click drag = rotate in 3D. You can 
also double-left click on the views on the right-hand side.
