Hi James,

You are going to have to make up the rear axle assembly and pulley 
yourself.

The rear axle, is simply a steel bar of diameter: 15mm.

You can try and buy the v-belt pulley and v-belt online, however I'd 
recommend you try and look for a pulley wheel first.
Old Cars have V-Belt pulleys for the fan and water pumps in the engine. 
Some washing machines have a V-belt drive setup also.
A car garage may be able to order in a v-belt and matching pulley wheels 
for you also.
