Hi Anbu,

It requires a lot of expertise and time to analyse a chassis.

You can do physical prototypes and crashes to test the chassis, or you
can use computer software to analyse a chassis.
It all depends on your expertise and knowledge. For some people making a
prototype chassis and crashing something into it to test, is the most
straight forward.
If you are good at 3D CAD, you can use Stress Analysis software to
analyse the chassis.
