[Kartbuilding] wooden go-kart powered by a lawnmower engine

Hi Hamish,

I've gotten the wooden go-kart with lawnmower engine up to between 
25-30MPH. That was with a 3.5HP lawnmower engine with a 3:1 gear ratio on 
the v-belt pulleys.

If you are looking to go faster, you may have to use a different steering
