Hi Andy,

For the wheels, see the following website:

I'm not saying to get them from that website, as it would cost a lot of
money for 4, but it shows how you can get them online.

I suggest looking locally and see if you can get any wheels off an old
pram, or childrens bicycle.
If you look around and ask a few people you may get the wheels for free!
