Hi Ami,
Thanks for your DWG files. They are interesting designs for the drivetrain!
That is a very nice 90 degree angle gearbox that you have. It looks
strong enough to take a lot of power.
The reverse gearbox is still hard to decide upon. Having too many
belt-tensioner levers makes driving the vehicle difficult.
Ideally you need a complete gearbox which will take a vertical drive,
have forward and reverse gears built-in.
I've seen such small and suitable gearboxes on "tractor lawnmowers" (or
ride-on mowers).
