Hi Anbu,

1. Braking System

http://kartbuilding.net/racingkart/Free_Racing_Kart_Plans_PDF/Main_Kart_Complete_09_Rear_Brakes.pdf

2. Steering System
http://kartbuilding.net/Freeplans/steering.htm
http://kartbuilding.net/racingkart/Free_Racing_Kart_Plans_PDF/Main_Kart_Complete_12_Front_Steering_End.pdf

3. Suspension System
As of yet, none of the karts I made had suspension.

4. Engine and Transmission

http://kartbuilding.net/racingkart/Free_Racing_Kart_Plans_PDF/Main_Kart_Complete_16_Engine_Cradle_Support.pdf
The simplest setup is to get a motorcycle engine, bolt it into a cradle,
and use a chain to drive a sprocket on the rear axle.

5. Wheels
Whatever wheels you can get. Wheels off a small car/trailer with hubs
would be good.

6. Pedals

Best of luck,
