Yep, this email is still active, albeit I don't have as much time these 
days.

Northerntool.com have a go-kart kit at:

However it is expensive. You may want to take a look on ebay in case 
there is someone local in your area. You could also look for an 
old/broken kart (from ebay or wherever) and fix it up.
