Hi Martin,

I know. It is very expensive. People must be buying it if its listed! 
Perhaps they have lots of money.
If you give it a go and roll up your sleeves you can make a kart for 
$100-200

Get to know people who can help and also who may be able to give you 
parts for the kart.
