[Kartbuilding] re drawings

Hi Dave,

I'm not sure which go-kart you want the DWG files for.

There are already DWG Files available for the Off-Road Kart. See:
http://kartbuilding.net/Freeplans/readme.htm
Those DWG files are quite old however. You'll need to go Zoom All after 
opening them.

If its for the Racing or Wooden Karts let me know and I'll see if I can 
dig up a DWG copy of them.
