Hi Ian,

www.northerntool.com is a good website which has pretty much everything to 
make a kart. It costs however and more to get it shipped, depending on 
where your based.

If you go to the website http://www.northerntool.com/ and search for 
"kart" on the top right, you'll see what type of stuff they have for 
making karts.
