Hi Jim,

I do not do custom kart building.

I suggest you ask some people in your neighbourhood who may be able to
build your Kart. Another idea would be to ask a technology or metalwork
teacher in a school close by. They would have the knowledge and tools to
make a kart. They even may use it as a school project to work through
with their students.
