Hi Hudson,
If you want to know approximate costs for the essential parts would be,
then it does vary a lot. I got most of the items second-hand off old
lawnmowers and mopeds.
There are motorbike repair shops who could price up the parts (bearings/
bushings and wheels) for you.
You could also go to http://www.northerntool.com/ or www.ebay.com and
price up the components there (albeit, more expensive).
2 Pillar Bearings (for the Rear Axle)

4 Wheels
Ideally you need 2 wheels with bearings in them for the front wheels.
For the rear wheels you need a metal hub that you could weld or bolt to
a rear axle.
